A few words about me

My life is about transformation, about the courage to truly look at myself, and about creating a world where each person has the power to live their truth.
I have always felt that life has more to offer, yet for a long time I didn’t have the courage to express the questions that were moving within me. Everything changed six years ago, when an event shook me and brought me face to face with parts of myself I did not know. I didn’t know how to make sense of them, but I chose to search for answers.
I began with less conventional approaches that helped me understand who I am and what I am here for, on this Earth. It was an experience that completely changed my life. Once I stepped into the space of my subconscious, I could no longer close that door or ignore what I had discovered.
My path led me, more than three years ago, to family constellations. My first experience was an online workshop. I joined anonymously, simply observing, yet the intensity of what I felt made me realize I wanted to go deeper. I could not have imagined then that one day I would facilitate these processes myself.
Today, I am a personal development counsellor and I facilitate systemic family constellations, both in groups and individually. I also hold cacao ceremonies and facilitate intuitive movement and energy-based dance. These tools have brought me clarity and answers within my own journey, and now I share them with others. It is my way of offering a different perspective on life, and on what lies beyond it.
